We currently offer free delivery to Australia excluding specific suburbs of remote areas.

Shipping Fee & Time

Orders usually are processed within 1-2 business days after checkout. In the event of boosting orders or harsh weather, the processing time may extend to 5 business days.

The estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days. However, please note that the delivery time may vary depending on your location, weather, and transportation issues. If there are unexpected events, the delivery time may be subject to delays.

Please note that we temporarily do not support specifying the delivery date.

Shipping Carrier

We use Allied Express as our carrier for order delivery. No signature is required during dispatch. If you can not receive the package or need any other help in terms of delivery, please contact Allied Express: https://www.alliedexpress.com.au/

Shiping Address

Please make sure you provide the correct detailed address for order delivery. Once your order has been placed, changing your address is no longer possible.

If your order is returned due to a wrong or incomplete address, we'll respond immediately to correct the address and resend it to you.

Please note addresses containing P.O. Box/APO/FPO/DPO are not acceptable for delivery.

Shipping Information

Once the order has been shipped, we'll send you an order confirmation email including order details and the tracking number.

Please note that if your order includes more than one item, it will be shipped out in different packages and may not arrive on the same day. It usually takes 5-7 days for you to receive your order. Order Cancellation

An order can be canceled before it's shipped. You'll receive a full refund once your order has been successfully canceled. However, if the product you ordered has been shipped out, you may not be able to cancel it immediately. Please contact us via email hello.aus@jackery.com for a return and refund once you receive it.
